Reload the extension, confirm that you are signed in to the intended Google account, and check the connection state shown for the selected social platform.
- Never send passwords, OAuth tokens, API keys, recovery codes, or browser cookies.
- Include the visible error message, approximate time, selected platform, and whether retrying changed the result.

Credits and data requests
For a credit discrepancy, include the search time and visible reserved, used, and returned amounts. For access, correction, deletion, or provider-disconnection requests, contact support from the email associated with the account so ownership can be verified.
